I have reported this matter already to RSPCA international and intend to report it also to PETA. We contacted the leading Honduran animal welfare organisations (AHPRA & ASHAA) about your concerns and you'll be pleased to know that they successfully lobbied the Honduran Ministry of Foreign Affairs to prevent Mr Habacuc (and his show) from performing in Honduras. There is also a draft bill currently in the Honduran Congress to protect the rights of domestic animals.
